Contact Shield™ Pouch:

 

A novel single-use disinfecting wipe pouch technology which provides a physical barrier that protects the user’s hands from directly touching the wipe, eliminating the need to expose one’s skin to harsh disinfecting chemicals or the pathogens on the contaminated wipe. Commonly used disinfecting agents (such as quaternary ammonium compounds) can cause skin irritation, and users are often encouraged to use protective gloves while handling the disinfecting wipes. Our protecting pouch functionally eliminates the need to use gloves which increases convenience for the user, and increased convenience is an excellent tool to improve compliance with disinfection practices, especially in the institutional settings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stethopad™:

​

A device that provides a convenient and easily accessible method for achieving rapid disinfection of stethoscope diaphragm surfaces prior to and after each patient contact in order to minimize transmission of healthcare associated infections (HAIs), while eliminating providers’ direct skin exposure to toxic disinfecting chemicals as well as pathogens. It is installed on the wall, similar to a hand sanitizing dispenser.
